Summer is so near and your hair is damaged? Maybe you are guilty of doing these five things!

My hair used to be really dull and damaged, especially during the cold months, until I started taking SugarBearHair Vitamins which really helped in fixing my damaged hair.

But there are those bad hair days, right? I have been having lots of those days lately…

Like, when your hair is not as smooth and shiny and you feel like you have a dirty mop on your hair?

Well, maybe you are guilty of damaging your hair by doing these five things!

How to have healthy hair? Make sure you’re not guilty of these things!

1. You love the sun too much.

I know! Getting some sun is your happy pill, but just like your skin, spending so much time under the sun can make your hair brittle.  Plus, did you know your scalp can also get sunburned?

And oh, if you already have dry, damaged hair, you really have no business spending too much time under the sun.

But, if by chance, the world conspires against you and much as you don’t like it, you need to be under the sun (i.e., a sports event, a concert, a date with your sweet by the beach), just make sure that along with your trusty sunblock, you are wearing your rockin’ sun hat!

2. You’re eating too much junk food.

Junk food can totally cause unhealthy hair.  Why?  Because junk foods is packed with NOTHING – as in, zero nutrients.  So if your hair is falling or dry, maybe you need to switch your junk food to something healthier, like burger!  JK!  Eating a balanced diet along with our glow food (fruits and veggies) will go a long way into giving us our dream locks!

3. You’re not drinking enough water.

Your falling hair may be caused by not drinking enough water! For some people, soda and other sugary drinks are more appealing, but you see, water is very important to our body.  Like, our body composition is 60% liquid, duh.  So, for the body to do its work properly and for our hair to grow healthy,  go! Go drink your water!

I am trying out HAIRBURST | SHAMPOO & CONDITIONER, by the way.  Hairburst Shampoo and Conditioner reportedly “supercharges your hair growth for MAXIMUM LENGTH in MINIMAL TIME!  You might want to try it, too and drop me a note on how the set is working for you!

4. You are stressed.  Super stressed.

I have this strange habit. I pull my hair when I am anxious, or worried, or stressed. For some people, stressing on things can actually give them dandruff, which can be majorly embarrassing, right?  For others, stress can cause hair to turn grey!  So try not to be stressed too much and just be happy!

5. You’re not getting enough sleep.

I know! You have so much to do and so little time, but PLEASE give yourself some time to sleep.  As in, not a quick nap, but a full eight-hour sleep.

They say you need a beauty sleep, because this is so true.  Sleep gives your body time to rest, repair, and generate more cells which include your hair cells! So take time to sleep.  Sleep is the new beauty routine.
