Four years ago, when my mom still owned this blog and still struggled with her weight (you will be glad to learn she is doing well now, thanks to the HCG diet she is doing), she wrote about a soon-to-be released Beach Body Program named 21-Day Fix.

WORKOUT plans so SIMPLE I won’t dread going to the gym or working at home EVER!
And I found the answer to the simplicity of an exercise routine with the 21-Day Fix program.
