It is my day off and I will be making my Keto Raspberry Cream Smoothie!

Hey, there!

When I started doing a low carb diet, I thought I would never enjoy creamy smoothies!

Boy, was I wrong! This Keto Raspberry Cream Smoothie really rocks my boring mornings when I don’t even want to take a bit of any food!

Experts have spoken!

According to experts, smoothies help you lose weight by making you feel full.  With the added fiber and muscle-building protein, you know you got a diet superstar there!
