Music defines your mood and keeping a music journal will somehow define how your mood is for a particular moment.

Here are reasons why you should keep a music journal.

  writing on your notebooks too.  Your nosy
  seatmate might get hold of it and read your lyrics out loud to the class.

  keep you focused on what you really want and not distracted by your
  surroundings.
