This ad reminds me of the series in America, I forgot the title, it's like getting to loose weight as much as you can and who ever wins will be granted the wedding of their dreams for free. Hehehe!
Hmm... what seems to be interesting in this program is that they have for children. :) Many children are obese these days. This will really help.
I like this. Sabi nga nila it's the metabolism that really makes us fat. Meron un super makakain pero hinde tumataba but merun din ung unti lang kumain pero lumolobo. Slow metabolism + hormonal imbalance nga siguro.
